Refunds, Cancellations and
Rescheduling Policy
1. Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling

Students are permitted to cancel or reschedule a lesson provided that they notify their tutor/teacher of the cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.

There will be no additional fee charged for rescheduling. However, failure to adhere to the 24-hour notice deadline will result in the lesson being considered cancelled with no refund or at the discretion of the teacher.
2. Rescheduling Limits

A booking can only be rescheduled twice.

Should a student be unable to attend the class on the second rescheduled date and time, they will be deemed as absent from the class with no refund or at the discretion of the teacher.
3. Monthly Rescheduling Limit

Students are not permitted to reschedule classes more than twice within a given month if rescheduled classes should be more than twice in a month then it is at the discretion of the teacher.
4. Lateness and Absence

In the event of a delayed start of up to four minutes, such as due to technical issues, the class duration will be extended to compensate, or at the discretion of the teacher.

The tutor may or may not extend the class to compensate for minor lateness, depending on the circumstances.

Should it be feasible to extend the class due to a late start, the extension will not exceed five minutes beyond the scheduled finishing time, or as determined by the tutor's discretion and availability.

If a class has not commenced ten or more minutes after the scheduled start time, the student will be deemed as absent, and the class will be cancelled by the teacher without any refund.
