Heinrich, with a background in Crisis and Risk Management for an international corporation, witnessed firsthand the importance of effective communication in critical situations. Many organizations struggled due to a lack of English proficiency among their staff, leading to delays in vital processes and jeopardizing people's safety. Recognizing the widespread deficiency in English proficiency among professionals, Heinrich was driven to bridge this gap, ensuring that every individual and organization could communicate efficiently and confidently. Thus a solution was found: a language academy dedicated to equipping professionals with the language skills they need to excel in any situation.
